Rule your spirit

Many atimes we find ourselves battling with life all because of how we responded to greatness at a certain point in our lives. 

Yet it is always important to know how to control yourself; even when you know you are in the right , always seek to be the first who says sorry and keep your voice low whether you are speaking to your subordinates or seniors keep a meek and a quiet humble spirit that seeks not to always prove themselves right but rather allow God to prove you before men!

Ecclesiastes 10:4 If the temper of the ruler rises up against you, do not leave your place [or show a resisting spirit]; for gentleness and calmness prevent or put a stop to great offenses.

No matter how right you may be never seek to speak up against those above you when they are angry at you and have a fight.

Don't raise your voice to speak against them. Because a gentle and calm answer waters down the anger in the bossom of the one angry at you.

A gentle answer turns away the anger in a man. 

Always endeavor to maintain a consciousness void of offense toward God; this is what makes you keep your voice down when you were expected to raise it due to the situation you may be in.

This is the excellency of the wisdom of God; to know when you speak and when not to speak.

To always speak as an Oracle of God!
