God desires that you Grow

A lot of fights and issues we hear in the church of Christ today is all because someone doesn't care to know God  a certain way or may be because they haven't

 yet attained a certain level of growth in God.

Knowledge is Key !

 Ephesians 5:2 Mostly what God does is love you. Keep company with him and learn a life of love. Observe how Christ loved us. His love was not cautious but extravagant. He didn't love in order to get something from us but to give everything of himself to us. Love like that.

God desires us to learn from Him; like it is expected of a child to be like their father, even our God wants us to be like Him.That's the joy of every good father.

He expects us to learn from Him. He needs us to know who He is.

We know Him through by His Word; by His word we learn the identity of our Father. We get to know the nature of our Father.

His nature is Love; God is love. As we get be to know more and more intimately His word, we are lighted up and our lives change. 

When God asks us in our theme scripture to learn from Him , there is nothing else He is meaning; He wants us to understand His love for us and give it to others.

This is the love of God; not that we first loved Him but that He loved us and gave His life for us to be reconciled back to the Father.

He didn't love us so that we give Him something, no; He didn't love us because He wanted something from us like those of this world do but rather He gave His life for us because He loved us, for there is nothing we could ever give Him that could amount to the life of God He gave to as many as did receive Him when they believed Him, Halleluyah.

So friends how do we learn from our Father God; to simply love like that. 

That's the kinda love He wants defined in us ; and the same love He wants us to give to the World.

For that's only how the world will understand that Christ really came in the flesh. 

So brethren , let's take our time to progressively learn from our Father so that His love may be seen in us as the thing that distincts us from the rest of the world!
