Receive The Righteousness Of God.

Many times people claim that they are believers , but yet they haven't trusted God enough make them righteous. Romans 4:3 What we read in Scripture is, "Abraham entered into what God was doing for him, and that was the turning point. He trusted God to set him right instead of trying to be right on his own."

The life of God is so amazing!

When you received Christ as your personal Lord and Savior your life completely changed as they knew it.

You entered the life where God sets you right on His terms.

Before Christ came in the flesh, there was the first covenant of the law which required man to do to be set right with God.

However finding fault with men under the law, God thought of a better covenant to be set right with Himself.

For the primary plan of God when He created us was for us to be in His image and after His likeness.

He didn't therefore want anything that would make us look different from Him either in nature or any other way.

Hence He brought in the second covenant of Grace wherein man would be put right by God Himself having believed on Him for  your righteousness.

Therefore, in our theme scripture we understand why Abraham is our Father, we which have believed.

He entered what God had done for Him. This is what makes us His seed. 

Because we have simply believed!

Believing is simply entering what God has already done for us.

What has He done?

He purchased our righteousness.

He made us fit to be called the sons of God.

Jointed heirs with Christ Jesus. Meaning we have all that Christ has of God.

We are of God. We are one with God because we carry Christ in us. 

Everytime we get to God with an indifferent mind from this truth, we can never receive anything from God. 

Because our Father finished everything for us to walk in since Christ came in the flesh, was justified in the spirit and seen of the angles and purchased our salvation.

Imagine coming to your Father and seeking to work for what He already freely gave you, it will be as though you don't appreciate His gratitude and thus will instead make him angry.

So is it with our Father. He gave us everything freely in Christ so we could enjoy this God life so when we instead come to Him as people who lack, slaves seeking Him to have favor upon us and do us good, it hearts Him so much.

That's why He asks us to grow up in Him. That we give ourselves to His Word deeply so that we may be transformed by it.

That we may know that we are sons and behave indeed like sons. 

Friends, you may be wondering why I am saying all  this but here is the truth.

Regardless what you may be going through child of God, believe that God would set things right for you.

If it's a weakness you are battling with, choose to believe that it is well because the Greater one lives in you.

If it's something you have been going through and have trusted the Word of God to come through for you even as it says, trust that God is putting things right for you.

He will do for you what the Word says it would do .

Keep believing that He who promised you is faithful and will surely do as He promised He would do.

He who promised is also able to do even that which He promised He would do, Halleluyah.

I mean, is there anything so hard for our God?

The answer is no!

If our Father Abraham believed this truth and it was His turning point .

He was counted righteous by God because He believed on God.

Why not you child of God?

Stay believing ,don't stop.

Hold your Faith.

The beginning of your profession.

And you shall receive the end of your Faith.
